By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are
Showdini (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a platform that enables companies to offer instant, AI-powered, interactive product demos to their website visitors.
We operate this Service for business users and developers who wish to integrate or test Showdini demos on their websites or applications.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Service.
If you create an account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security issue.
Description of Service
Showdini provides tools to create and host AI-powered product demos that include real-time voice and text interaction.
We may modify or improve the Service from time to time. We are not obligated to support or maintain any specific feature.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
Collect or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or biometric information).
Infringe or misuse the intellectual property of others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive or prohibited activity.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.
When you use Showdini on your website, you act as the Data Controller for your visitors’ data, and we act as your Data Processor, processing that data on your behalf.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to this relationship and forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Showdini.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data, assets, and content you upload or generate through your use of the Service.
Fees and Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
You agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing on our website.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified.
We may modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your use creates security, legal, or technical risks.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your stored data after a reasonable period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showdini, its team members, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from:
Your use of the Service,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
