This Privacy Policy explains how Showdini (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes personal data when you interact with our demo experience.
Who We Are
Instant AI Demos is operated by the project team behind Showdini platform (“we”, “us”, “our”). When our technology is embedded on another company’s website, that company is the Data Controller. We act as their Data Processor and process data on their behalf.

What Data We Collect
When you use the demo, we may process:
• Interaction data — messages, inferred insights, clicks, or voice input you provide during the demo.
• Technical data — browser type, IP address (for security and session management), and device information.
• Optional data — name, email or additional form data if you choose to enter them.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health, financial, or biometric information).
Why We Process This Data
We process your data only to:
1. Deliver and operate the AI demo experience.
2. Improve demo quality and reliability.
3. Provide analytics to our client (the website owner).
4. Provide sales insights to our client (the website owner).
5. Detect and prevent abuse or technical issues.
We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
Legal Basis
Depending on how the demo is configured:
• Consent — when you agree to participate or provide optional information.
• Legitimate interest — for basic analytics and functionality necessary to operate the demo securely.
Data Retention
We store demo session data for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized. Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained longer for analytics and system improvement.
Sub-Processors
To deliver the demo experience, we use a small number of trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) who process limited personal data on our behalf. These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and comply with EU data-protection standards.
We currently use:
• LiveKit, Inc. for real-time voice and streaming infrastructure. Data transfers outside the EU are protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Google Cloud (Gemini AI) for AI language-model processing. Data may be processed within Google Cloud’s EU regions, and any transfers outside the EU are protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Microsoft Azure for text-to-speech (TTS) services for Slovenian language. Data may be processed within Azure EU regions, and any transfers outside the EU are protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Soniox for speech-to-text (STT) processing. Data transfers outside the EU are protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We update this list whenever we add or change sub-processors and ensure that each maintains equivalent data-protection and security obligations.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including:
• Encrypted data transfer (HTTPS)
• Access control and logging
• Regular deletion of old session data
Use of Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our website and demo experience.
• Essential cookies are used to enable core functionality, such as session management and security. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information and do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies (if enabled) help us understand how users interact with our site and improve performance. These are only set with your consent.
You can manage or withdraw your consent for cookies at any time through your browser settings or, where applicable, through our cookie banner.
